Experts to Debate Issues and Implementation of Recently Passed Food Safety Modernization Act
PLEASANTON, Calif., June 2, 2011 -- DeltaTRAK®, a leading innovator of cold chain management solutions today announced its sponsorship of food safety expert George Nakamura's participation in an educational panel session taking place at the National Environmental Health Association's Annual Educational Conference June 18th in Columbus, Ohio. The panel will consist of industry leading food safety experts who will be tasked to discuss the issues of and legislative requirements concerning the new Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). In addition to participating on the panel Mr. Nakamura will be presenting his research and paper on the new California Food Safety Training and Certification legislation (Senate bill 602).
