Applicable for measuring temperatures on a variety of surfaces. Use the Surface Probe on griddles or grills to ensure proper cooking temperatures are met.

25005 - Air/Gas Probe
25005 Air Gas Probe
Applicable for measuring air temperatures. Use the Air/Gas Probe to monitor ovens, stove tops or the freezer.

Applicable for measuring solid or semi-solid meats and frozen foods. Use the Penetration Probe for heavy duty and deeper probing.
