Infrared Thermometers

“My favorite DeltaTRAK product of those purchased by Island County Public Health, is the ThermoTrace infrared thermometer. It is especially handy to use in checking temperatures in refrigerated grocery store display aisles. With the laser, I can stand in one place and temp the entire aisle from one spot, turn around and do the other side of the aisle. I have found it to be accurate, lightweight, and sturdy (having been bumped around and dropped occasionally). I never leave the office for an inspection without it and its bright yellow case.

ThermoTrace Infrared Thermometer Model 15006 and 15006-40
The ThermoTrace Waterproof Infrared Thermometer, Model 15006 and 15006-40, is ideal in many environments because of its sturdy, waterproof construction. Use this infrared thermometer to quickly check surface temperatures of products in hard to reach areas such as inside refrigerated cases or other cold storage areas, or check food at salad bars and hot buffets.

ThermoTrace Waterproof Infrared Thermometer features a highly focused 15:1 field of view, plus two measuring modes: normal and continuous. Alarm limits can be set for high and low temperature readings, and a memory function holds up to 99 points of temperature data. These features make it a popular quality assurance tool.

The temperature range for the 15006 is 32°F to 932°F (0°C to 500°C).

The temperature range for the 15006-40 is -22°F to 392°F (-30°C to 200°C).

ThermoTrace Waterproof Infrared Thermometer, Model 15036, (with laser guide) is a compact and affordable unit. It has a field of view of 8:1 and a temperature range of -4°F~662°F (-20°C~350°C). It is an ideal screening tool for monitoring temperature when it is not possible to use a probe thermometer. Applications include freezers in retail stores, food buffet lines and walk-in refrigerators.

The On-Line Infrared Thermometers, Models 15201-15204, are engineered specifically for use on the production line to measure moving objects quickly and accurately from a safe distance. They measure targets within a temperature range of 32°F to 932°F (0°C to 500°C) with a 500 millisecond response, at a ±1% level of precision.

One of its most unique features is the E-TEACH function for automatic adjustment of the emissivity ratio. The On-Line Infrared Thermometers have two choices of analog output: TV-type (1mV/°C) which connects to such devices as a panel meter, or TA-type (4-20mA), for long distance transmissions. An optional air purge collar adapts this unit to dusty environments.

Applications range from the manufacturing of food, metal, glass, ceramics, rubber, synthetic resin, to medical, petrochemical, automotive, electrical and industrial uses.
