DeltaTRAK’s FlashLink USB In-Transit Data Loggers are ideal management tools for monitoring temperature sensitive and perishable commodities as they travel through the cold chain, from produce and prepared foods, to chemicals and pharmaceuticals. This single-use Logger is equipped with a USB connection to easily upload data to the PC and provides temperature history information ranging from -40°C (-40°F) up to 65°C (150°F). The logger can be purchased in 5, 15, 45, and 75 day logging periods and its patented Shadow Log feature guarantees that trip temperature is available even if the operator fails to start the logger. The unit can also be custom programmed at the factory with up to 6 multiple alarm zone time limits. Each zone can be programmed for a set time limit and the logger will track cumulative time the temperature was within that range.

DeltaTRAK’s FlashLink USB Reusable Data Logger can monitor temperature sensitive commodities during transportation and storage, or in processing environments. Its single, internal temperature sensor operates within a range of -40°F (-40°C) to 150°F (65°C). The USB connection allows for easy programming of the logger and downloading recorded data to a PC. The user can set up certain parameters, such as sampling intervals, high and low alarm limits, automatic or manual start-up, skip alarm and alarm delay, and to record data in loop mode or automatically stop when memory is full. Downloaded temperature history is displayed as a PDF document with a graph and summary data, such as highest and lowest temperatures reached, average temperature, time spent in alarm, degree minutes, and when the logger was started, stopped and downloaded.

The FlashLink USB Reusable Data Logger is also available in two models with single channel, external sensors; one with a blunt tip and one with a sharp tip penetration probe. These reusable loggers have a measurement range of -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C) and feature a large easy-to-read display which shows the current temperature reading. It also permits viewing the statistics of stored data without downloading; including maximum, minimum, and average temperature, high alarm limit and time in alarm. The USB connections allow for programming and downloading using DeltaTRAK's FlashPDF Program Manager or USB Program Manager desktop software. DeltaTRAK’s NIST traceable USB Reusable Loggers are essential tools for documenting conditions of temperature sensitive commodities in order to assure quality and integrity.

The DeltaTRAK USB In-Transit Tanker Logger is a single-use, 15-day data logger which can record temperature of viscous liquids during transport within a tanker, and data is downloadable via USB connector to a PC. It features a stainless steel probe attached to the logger by a cable approximately 2.5 meters long. The weighted probe and cable assembly are made of food-grade materials, and the cable features a marker sleeve used to identify where the tanker cover should close on the cable. The probe is placed approximately 1.25 meters into the liquid and remains in this position for the duration of the trip. The cable and probe assembly can be sanitized before placement, thereby preventing contamination of the liquid.
When properly placed, the probe measures the temperature of the liquid approximately in the middle of the body of liquid. The added weight ensures the probe cannot float to the top, and allows for accurate internal temperature readings. The logger itself remains outside the tanker, but within the weather cover enclosure that protects the lid assembly from the elements. Upon arrival, data can be downloaded to a laptop without needing to pull the cable and probe assembly from the tank. This allows the temperature profile of the liquid to be assessed without disturbing the liquid itself. DeltaTRAK's Tanker Logger's data can be downloaded and viewed using the DeltaTRAK FlashPDF desktop software.
