Fred Wu founded DeltaTrak, Inc. in 1989. Mr. Wu is a supply chain industry leader, business entrepreneur and a pioneer in developing real-time cold chain and food safety solutions.

Mr. Stringer rejoined DeltaTrak in 2020 as CFO and from 1998-2000 was VP of Finance and Administration. He has 46 years of accounting management and 30 years as CFO for grocery/beverage, medical device, software, and IoT device organizations. His company portfolio includes Glacier Water, Eastman Kodak, Corning, and Eli Lilly.

Sharath, CTO of DeltaTrak since 2023 and based in Pleasanton, is a values‑driven technology leader with a strong record of building cross‑functional teams and systems. He previously co‑founded Parkoursc and held engineering leadership roles at multiple firms. He holds two master’s degrees, numerous patents, and enjoys photography and hiking.

Currently the Chief SaaS Officer of DeltaTrak and the General Manager of the UBQ Network, a digital marketplace for Ag Food. Previously he held leadership positions at a Canadian SaaS freight tech provider, a SaaS truck load matching platform, and a last mile logistics firm. Karl was a recipient of Mexico’s innovation award 2018.

Sridhar Guthula joined DeltaTrak in January 2025 as VP of SaaS Product Management and Strategy. With 25+ years of experience, he specializes in building SaaS platforms that power connected hardware ecosystems including IoT sensors, smartphones, streaming media devices, and enterprise security appliances, turning device fleets into scalable, data driven digital platforms.

Mr. Bright joined DeltaTrak in 2003. In 34 years of consultative selling cold chain solutions, he’s held multiple roles and implemented Cold Chain Logistics programs with multiple Fortune 500 companies. While focusing on produce, he has also worked across various industries and completed UC Davis Short Course and HACCP certifications.

Cecilia joined DeltaTrak International in 2002, and was instrumental in setting up the manufacturing company in Shenzhen, China, followed by incorporating and managing DeltaTrak’s China domestic sales company, DTI China Ltd. in 2008. Cecilia currently holds the position of Vice President of China Operations.

Since joining the Company in 2018, Stephen Hibbs serves as Vice President of Global Operations. He brings 30+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 12 years in cold chain operations, specializing in high‑volume and custom manufacturing, facility start‑ups and expansions, technology enhancements, and WCM integration.

Doug Thurston brings 43 years of food-industry expertise in procurement, QA, and cold-chain optimization. He held leadership roles at Albertsons and Bolthouse Farms before spending 19 years supporting major retailers. He joined DeltaTrak in 2024 as SVP of Sales Development, where he advanced cold chain efficiency and product quality.

Alexandra Wu is Vice President of International Partner Sales at DeltaTrak, bringing 13 years of SaaS sales experience, including 8 years with the company. She leads global partner development and market expansion, working with partners and their customers worldwide to deliver cold chain monitoring solutions that support operational efficiency, enhance supply chain visibility, and drive data-informed decisions.

Jeff Cook has 28 years of experience in food sales, food manufacturing, foodservice and cold-chain process improvement. Mr. Cook has an extensive background in working with leading food manufacturers, restaurant chains, distributors, grocery retailers and freight companies. Mr. Cook can advise on how IoT devices and analytical reporting helps to protect one’s brand, increase shelf-life and reduce risk.

Over 23 years at DeltaTrak, working with industry professionals in cold chain management, environmental monitoring, food safety, and life sciences.

Jeanne Solis joined DeltaTrak in 1993 and possesses over 30 years of experience in HR policies, compliance, and technology, Accounting/Finance, ERP systems, and all aspects of Office Administration. Throughout her tenure, Jeanne has held many positions/titles including Customer Service Manager, HR Director, and current position of Director of Global Administration.

Jaymee Saldivar joined DeltaTrak in 2024 as Director of Operations & Quality. She brings over 12 years of leadership experience in operations, quality management, manufacturing, and global supply chain. Jaymee specializes in building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, strengthening regulatory compliance, and implementing strategic process improvements that improve efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction.

John Hyland is a technology leader with 25+ years in software development and architecture. As Senior Director of Engineering at DeltaTrak since 2020, he drives innovation in IoT and cold chain logistics. Previously, he built large-scale platforms for Microsoft and Demand Media, and holds two IT degrees plus multiple industry certifications.

Pradeep Dunna, Senior Director of Engineering at DeltaTrak in Pleasanton since 2023, is leading teams building scalable data and machine learning platforms. With over 25 years of experience, he previously led engineering at Cloudleaf, Crunchyroll, RGB Networks, and Cisco. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Santa Clara University.

Prachi Karkhanis brings 15 years of HR expertise to DeltaTrak, utilizing her extensive experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development to implement effective people strategies. Previously, she excelled in leadership roles across various industries, fostering a positive culture, promoting growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

Shirreen joined Delta Trak in 2025 as their corporate controller and has 20 years of professional experience in financial management and accounting. Shirreen has been a financial controller in various mid-size private organizations in healthcare, homebuilding, manufacturing, distribution industry. Shirreen has a master’s degree in accountancy from University of Phoenix

Bhargav Jani joined DeltaTrak in April 2025 with 25 years of expertise in enterprise BCDR architecture, cybersecurity governance, data-protection engineering, ransomware-resiliency frameworks and data storage across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. He has led global programs across finance, banking, insurance, technology, consumer, food cold-chain, pharmaceutical, government, and education sectors.

With over 16 years at DeltaTrak, Bianca serves as a Customer Success Manager. Her experience spans accounting, sales support, international sales, regional sales management support, recycling coordination, and eCommerce operations. This cross-functional background enables her to understand customer needs from multiple perspectives, build strong relationships, and drive long-term customer success.
