SOFTWARE ENGINEERS
Perform sprint planning, daily back-ups and backlog grooming using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Participate in end-to-end enterprise software and web development, back-end API’s, database development, security and authorization, tracking and monitoring, and BI/Reporting. Develop web sites by designing, building, and maintaining the web sites and web applications that customers and internal users use to access this platform. Create frontend pages, screens, and tracking and monitoring dashboards using ReactJS and Bootstrap. Write the client-side logic and navigation behind those pages and connect them to the platform's back-end APIs built with Java Spring Boot. Implement user login and role-based access for the web applications. Develop databases by designing and building the MS SQL databases. Design tables, keys, indexes, views, and the relationships between them, and write and tune SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers. Build database structures that hold the data loaded by the multithreaded microservices. Tune database performance through indexing and bulk-load design, and maintain data integrity, access controls, and backups for the production databases. Create multithreaded microservices in C# to perform ETL and store data in MS SQL database. Lead design and implementation of the SaaS platform using microservices architecture using Kafka, MS SQL, Java Spring Boot, and ReactJS. Create frontend pages using ReactJS and Bootstrap. Code, debug, troubleshoot release and lead code reviews.
Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: Pleasanton, CA and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
