Model 15051 is ideal for food operations requiring speed, accuracy, safety, reliability and the flexibility of an advanced thermometer to meet demanding food safety standards. The almost instantaneous probe sensor response (under 4 seconds) combined with its min/max and hold features enable customers to register rapidly changing food internal temperatures and display readings in the dual scale jumbo LCD.
The high-quality foldable stainless-steel probe is adjustable for angles from 0° to 180°. This provides the flexibility necessary to adjust the thermometer to meet a variety of probing conditions and establish optimum settings safely and reliably to ensure accurate temperature readings.
